Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship through USPS and DHL
Shipping method is selected at checkout. Transit times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping for USA (USPS): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping for USA (if selected): 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.
Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, Isolate Artistry is no longer responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or misplaced packages during transit or after delivery. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for assistance in locating your package. If you are unable to reach a resolution with them, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
We are also not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout. Orders are shipped to the exact address submitted by the customer. If your order is returned to us by the courier, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the order, excluding the original shipping cost. If you would still like to receive your order after it has been returned to us, please contact us with your corrected shipping address so we can reship your order. Additional shipping fees will apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we do offer international shipping. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to review their country’s customs/import regulations before placing an order, as we are not responsible for items that are denied entry by customs.
If an order is refused, held, or returned due to customs restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges, return shipping fees, and related costs.
