Returns & Exchanges

Eligible within 30 days of delivery date
If you purchased a physical product and are not completely satisfied, please email us at contact.isolateartistry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If we do not receive any return request or communication within that 30-day period, the order will be considered final sale, and we may be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Be sure to include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged or unusable item(s) if applicable

If an item is found to be damaged, a partial or full refund will be issued upon review.
If the item is unusable, a full refund will be issued.

If you no longer wish to keep an item, return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There will also be a restocking fee of 10%.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must first submit a return request for the item you wish to return. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging, and return shipping costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer. For better efficiency, we suggest a separate purchase must be made for the desired exchange item to ensure timely and efficient processing. Once your returned goods are returned back to us in good conditions, we will issue the refund back to the original payment. It will take an estimated 3-5 business days to return back to your card.

 

Final Sale Items

All sales are final on the following:

- Digital products – not eligible for refunds or returns

- Promotional or discounted items – both digital and physical products

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating this can be! Unfortunately, once your package is handed off to the shipping courier (USPS or DHL), it is no longer in our control.

If your order is lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out directly to your local post office or DHL location for assistance.
